ComForcare provides five days of thorough training at our corporate headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Training is conducted by professionals with substantial experience in all aspects of home care business operations. The training program is intended to get the new franchise owner up and running quickly and effectively.
Each day of training is dedicated to different aspects of the business including sales and marketing, daily operations and scheduling, operational software, administration and accounting. All training is conducted in a warm, casual, and very interactive environment. Our training classes are small in size making it much easier to start a home care business.
All new franchise owners will have many questions. We encourage weekly and even daily phone conversations as the new business is started. In addition, first year visits, annual meetings, and monthly newsletters assure that franchisees stay abreast of the latest techniques that help a new agency run smoothly. Experiences are regularly shared among franchise owners in an effort to identify the best methods for success in all aspects of the business.
