BrightStar Healthcare helps people keep parents and grandparents out of nursing facilities and in their own homes. We can provide every service available at a nursing facility in the comfort of your loved one’s home. From companionship, to in-home blood draws, to around the clock nursing care, BrightStar is able meet our clients’ every need.

BrightStar also provides healthcare staff to businesses on a temporary, temporary to permanent and permanent placement basis. We provide staff to hospitals, nursing homes, doctors’ offices, and labs but also anywhere healthcare staff is needed. For example, we have a contract with Safeway Foods to perform flu shots at 25 of their locations.

BrightStar is the only national franchise of its kind, serving the needs of both private and corporate clients. No other franchise is able to offer the services that we are able. People over 85 represent the fastest growing population segment. BrightStar Healthcare is one of the few companies that serve both private clients in their homes as well as corporate clients such as hospitals. That means we attract a larger number of clients and higher profits. Your 7 Key Advantages
1. Help Others, Build a Business – You will make a difference not only in the lives of others, but also your own! Technology – our Athena Business System is the most powerful web-based management system in the business. It allows you to focus on sales, not the paper work! Since we built it so no else has anything like it. 5. Intensive Training – In 2008, training was expanded from 7 days to 13 days. Now, a four-day new owner boot camp will get you off and running. By the time you leave, 99% of your licensure will be ready to mail in. As you approach your opening day, you will return with your branch manger for another nine days of training which will establish the foundation for your success. Our interactive training will help you put your business on the fast track. There will be much to learn, but you will always feel comfortable, in control and confident as you start your own business. After a week of through training, we will invite you to work with us in our corporate offices before you open your doors. After you return to your office, you will hit the ground running! 6. Ongoing Support – You will receive outstanding marketing support and an ongoing commitment to helping you increase revenues. For example, after you open, you will participate in a conference call every other week with the CEO. We will be there when you need us. 7. The Requirements

We are looking for people who have strong management/marketing/sales backgrounds. This business is about making friends and doing what you say you will do. A healthcare background in healthcare is NOT necessary. Technical expertise doesn't always translate to an ability to work with others and to make great things happen. Your contribution will be leadership, not providing medical care. Typical start-up costs range from $107,600 - $180,200. Minimum net worth of $400,000. Our owners must take a full time role in the business for the first 2 years.
